Bust: With your top and bra off, measure around the fullest part of the bust and under the arms. Make sure the tape is straight across your back.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape somewhat snug, but still comfortable loose.
Hips: Stand with your legs and feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

"I was a little worried this wouldn't work for me as I'm 5'10" with a booty and thighs (so thought it might look a wee silly) but. . . . it is perfect! And a perfect solution if like me you do like short skirts but also don't want to well flash everyone. It just covers my butt but the shorts underneath make that an ok situation. I did find this fits more snug than the Rosemary bloomers which have much more stretch but the size small did work fine for me in both. Love this fabric blend too and hope y'all do some more items in it for next summer!"
