How to Return


U.S Customers:

In the event that a customer is not fully satisfied with the purchase you can return your order to Forest Ink, at no shipping cost to you, for a full refund.

Returns must be unworn and in the original product packaging. If you are not 100% happy you can return your order for a full refund so long as the policy terms are met:

+ The return is initiated within 30 days from when the order is delivered to you.

+ The returned items must be in the original unworn condition.

+ The Items should be in the state you received them, including the original packaging.

+ The following exclusions apply:

1.) Items in the Sale and clearance section can be returned and exchanged for store credit only.

2.) Subscription boxes can be exchanged for different sizes but are subject to a $17.90 return and exchange fee. Because the boxes are so discounted we are not able to offer Free returns and exchanges.


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered to you. If you think there is a damaged, defective, or missing item from your order please email us at with photos and your order number with in 5 days of recieving the item.


( US Customers ) Returning from the US: We will provide a Free return label in the returns portal. Click the link below to get your return started. if you have any issues getting your return label in the portal please email us at and our team can send you a return label.

( International customers ) Returning from outside the U.S: You are responsible for return shipping costs, and for obtaining a return tracking number. Please send your returns to 124 Rose Lane, Unit 504, Frisco, Texas, 75036. You will not be able to go through our return portal to complete your exchange. Please email us for help processing your return: Please note we do not refund shipping cost for orders outisde of the U.S. All Policy terms stated above must be met in order to return.



How to Exchange

Direct exchanges are currently available in the US only, for a different size of the same item.

Outside of the US, we recommend returning item(s) for store credit, then using the credit to re-purchase.

To make an exchange from the US:

  1. Click "Start Exchange" below
  2. Enter your name / order number
  3. Select the item(s) you'd like to exchange
  4. Select your new size
  5. Complete the remaining steps in the returns portal
  6. Send back your return item(s) using the provided return label
  7. Please make sure your item is unworn, unwashed and it's original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.



Once your return has been processed, your new order will be placed and you'll receive an order confirmation email. Please allow us 2-3 business days from when your order arrives for us to process your exchange

Please note:

  • Exchange orders ship with 5–10 day standard shipping*
  • Exchanges can only be made for sizes (not colors or different products)
  • If the size you've requested to exchange for is sold out, we will issue a store credit for the value of the exchange.  

Returning Outside The U.S

If you need to make a return and are outside the U.S, you will be eligible for store credit or a refund, but you will be responsible for the return cost and the shipping cost on the order will not be refunded.

Leave a note in the order with your name / order number and if you'd like a refund or store credit issued.
