Bust: With your top and bra off, measure around the fullest part of the bust and under the arms. Make sure the tape is straight across your back.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape somewhat snug, but still comfortable loose.
Hips: Stand with your legs and feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Needs belt loops all the way around, just two in the front is silly and a bit annoying for the price. Any belt you wore would be loose in the back. I wasn't expecting the pants to be pull on-- I thought the lacing up the front would be a fly, but its a much better design to have the lacing be only decorative."

The strings lacing up the front are VERY long and I ended up just tucking them down the front to keep them out of the way. The fabric provides plenty of stretch in the waist and thighs, but doesn't stretch lengthwise, so any time I crouch down for something, they constantly ride down my butt. I have to pull them up as I crouch down so I'm not giving a show The front and back pockets are functional, but the front zippers can be a little scratchy when putting your hands inside.
