Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape somewhat snug, but still comfortable loose.
Hips: Stand with your legs and feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

"Love the look and the buckles, the material feels like a good quality. My only complaint is the sizing chart wasn’t super helpful. I initially ordered a size small, which fit fine except the neck part was choking me. I returned it for a medium, and it’s a more relaxed fit but the neck is still just big enough to wear comfortably. For reference, my neck is 13” around. Super excited to wear it to the beach!"

I might have sized down slightly I'm 5'1", 175lbs, but I'm losing weight and there's the tiniest bit of looseness around the armholes near the chest, but that's not going to stop me from stunning.
