Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges for U.S customers within 30 days of delivery.*

How do I start a Return or exchange?

Is there a Return or Exchange Fee?

We offer free returns and exchanges for U.S customers within 30 days of delivery.*

Exclusions:

- We do not allow returns or exchanges on the $49 subscription boxes, blind bags, gift cards, or sale items. 

- Sale items include any items that are marked down and/or in the sale section. Those items are final sale.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, excessive pet hair, or odors.

- We don't refund shipping costs. We only refund the amount paid for items bought.

International customers:

International customers outside of the U.S are NOT eligible for free returns or exchanges. If you are outside the U.S. you will be responsible for shipping the items back. You can receive a store credit or refund for the items purchased, but the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

How long will it take to process my return?

We aim to process returns within 5-10 days of receiving them at our warehouse. 

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you need to cancel or edit an order after it's placed, please email us asap at cs@forestinkclothing.com. We will do our best to catch the order before it ships.

Please note that once an order is processed and shipped, we are not able to cancel or edit it. However, we do offer free U.S returns and exchanges.*

What is your returns process for defective items?

This is rare, but sometimes defective items slip through quality control. If you received a damaged, defective, or missing item from your order, please email us at cs@forestinkclothing.com with photos and your order number within 5 days of receiving the item. 

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our HQ in Carrollton, Texas. 

My order was marked as delivered but I haven't recieved it. Where is it?

We know this is frustrating. If you don't have your order yet and the tracking number indicates the package has been delivered, here’s what we suggest:

  1. Double-check the shipping address on your order. If it’s missing an apartment number or has a missing digit somewhere, and your package was sent to the wrong address, you’ll need to contact the carrier to get your order.
  2. Check with your neighbors to see if they may be holding it for you (it’s more common than you might expect!)
  3. Wait 2 days, carriers are known to mark packages delivered early. Please allow at least 2 days from marked delivery before reaching out.

Forest Ink is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages, but please reach out to us at cs@forestinkclothing.com, and we will do our best to help. 

My order is arriving later than expected can you refund the shipping cost?

No, we can not reimburse shipping cost. We can not guarentee delivery times. 

I haven't received any tracking information and it's been 2-3 business days can you help?

Of course! Here's what we suggest.

1.) Please check your spam folder to see if your email account may have filtered it.

2.) Double-check for pre-order items in your order.

3.) Quarterly Subscription Box works similarly to pre-orders. If you order an item along with a subscription, they will all ship together once the subscription box is ready to ship.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders are items that are not in stock at the time of purchase and will ship at a later date. The estimated ship date for the item will be displayed on the product page. 

Your items are reserved for you at the time of purchase, and all items on your order will ship together. If you need another item in your cart to ship earlier than the pre-order, please place separate orders. 

Pre-order products will have pre-order in the product title and an estimated ship date in the product description.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. All international packages are shipped DDP or delivery duties paid.

Products & Sizing

How do I know what size to order?

Each product has a size guide tab with body measurements, some products also have garment specific measurements. We recommend using these when ordering.

We also recommend reviewing the fabric and care guide. All items will show fabric content and what level of stretch each fabric has.

If you have specific questions about an item you can email our customer service team for assistance.

When will you restock?

We know how frustrating it can be when you had your eye on a piece and it sold out before you could get it.

We try to restock bestselling styles, but many styles do not get restocked and may only be available once.

If you'd like to get notified when an item restocks please click on the sold out size you'd like on the product page and click notify me when back in stock. We use this data to help us decide what to restock. By signing up to get notified you'll be the first to know if / when we do restock.
