U.S Customers:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to Forest Ink at no shipping cost to you for a full refund (excluding shipping).


Policy Terms:

+ The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery. 

+ The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

+ The item must be in the state you received it, including the opaque white apparel bag.

+ You must provide an order number and show proof of purchase.*

+ The following exclusions apply:

1.) Sale items include any items that are marked down and/or in the sale section. Those items will be considered final sale.

2.) We do not allow returns or exchanges on the $49 subscription boxes, blind bags, gift cards, or sale items. 

3.) We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, excessive pet hair or odors. 

*To show proof of purchase, you must provide your order number and the email associated with the order. If you ordered from a third-party website or through a wholesaler, our return policies will not apply to you. You will be directed to work with the company or website you purchased through.

Exchanges for different sizes are subject to availability at the time your return is received. 

 

International Customers:

If you're not fully satisfied with the purchase, you can return your order to Forest Ink. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We offer refunds and store credit.
The refunded or credited amount will include the shipping cost or duties paid on your order.

If you are not 100% happy, you can return your order for a refund or store credit so long as the policy terms are met:

+ The return is initiated within 60 days of delivery.

+ The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

+ The item must be in the state you received it, including the opaque white apparel bag.

Returning from outside the U.S:
You are responsible for return shipping costs and for obtaining a return tracking number. Please send your returns to 1420 Valwood Parkway, Carrollton, Texas, 75006.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?

We aim to process returns within 5-10 days of receiving them at our warehouse. 

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?

If there is a damaged, defective, or missing item from your order, please email us at cs@forestinkclothing.com with photos and your order number within 5 days of receiving the item.
