Bust: With your top and bra off, measure around the fullest part of the bust and under the arms. Make sure the tape is straight across your back.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape somewhat snug, but still comfortable loose.
Hips: Stand with your legs and feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

"I'm 180, 5'8 ingot an xl bc I was sure this top run little small like the black version , so I got an xl and omg I love it so much ,new wardrobe !! Frfr the color is chef kiss u can also add a corset if u don't feel like showing stummie due to period or bloated or weight fluctuate !! I'd say xl in these shirt , would be for a girl 180-200lb tbh 😭"

"Fell in love with the oxblood bloomers once I received them and saw that they are indeed a true oxblood even though my computer screen makes them look more like traditional red — so I took a chance on this after reading such positive reviews of the same item in black. I have a 45” overbust measurement, and usually wear a 42C bra (though that’s probably a little big for me, honestly) — so I bought the XL. Trying this on with no bra is in no way scandalous, looks great, feels great — Not sure how that will feel over several hours with no bra, but I am hopeful! For someone much bigger-chested than me, I wonder if this would be enough without a bra? I am rectangle-shaped; my waist measurement is not far off from my chest or hips — and this makes me feel sexy and fun when I wear it! I feel confident even with my midriff out. It’s a great piece in both color and cut! The one part that is mildly comical is trying to take it OFF at the end. If you think about the motions you make with your hands, where you grab, when you usually take a shirt off - That doesn’t work here. It’s so tight-fitting that just grabbing on the bottom hem and lifting up doesn’t work. I found I had to wrestle a little, pull at the sleeves and sort of wiggle out. It’s funny, really — and a small price to pay for feeling this cute!"
