How to measure:
Bust: With your top and bra off, measure around the fullest part of the bust and under the arms. Make sure the tape is straight across your back.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape somewhat snug, but still comfortable loose.
Hips: Stand with your legs and feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Returns: We offer free returns and exchanges for U.S customers with in 30 days of delivery.* We aim to process returns within 5-10 days of receiving them at our warehouse.
Exclusions:
*Please note we do not allow returns or exchanges on the $49 subscription boxes, blind bags, gift cards or sale items.
Sale items include any items that are marked down and / or in the sale section. Those items will be considered final sale.
International customers:
International customers outside of the U.S are NOT eligible for free returns or exchanges. If you are outside the U.S you will be responsible to ship the items back and shipping will not be refunded. You can receive a store credit or refund for the items purchased but the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

Shipping: All orders are shipped from our HQ in carrolton, Texas.
Processing Time: Orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days. This excludes subscription orders and pre-orders.
Please note the ship times listed on checkout do not reflect processing time and are not a guaranteed delivery date.
International Shipping: Duties and taxes are included at checkout on all international orders.
Pre-orders: If you order a pre-order item your order will be shipped when that pre-order is ready. The ship date will be noted on the product page.

Glasses Friendly
"I have a small head and wear glasses. Most headpieces and hats are too big for my head. Because I wear glasses, headbands are hard for me to wear. I love this fabric headband because it actually fits my tiny head and stays put. It's comfortable because it doesn't apply pressure behind my ears causing a headache and I can wear it with my glasses. It's very well made as well. Good structure. I won't have to worry about it loosing its shape."

Cute but impractical
"It’s cute on its own if you can get it to sit right. Because I have bangs & a lot of face framing that I like to style forward (so when I wear headbands it sits behind the front layers) it’s very hard to use as anything more than a face wash headband for me. Even then, it’s a little tight, not very stretchy at all, and my head is average size. I find that it slips off my head if it’s not sitting right on the front of my hairline because of how tight it is. Hard to use with styled hair as an accent headpiece without pushing all your hair back. If you wear your hair slicked back or you don’t have bangs, this would be a great headband for you to dress up your style and keep your hair out of your face!"

"I didn’t realize this headband would be the wrap around type, i thought it was the C shape kind. Its still really cute but it doesn’t stretch very well, so if you have thick hair (I have locs) its kind of uncomfortable :/"
