Returns and Exchanges
We offer free returns and exchanges for U.S customers within 30 days of delivery.*
Exchanges for a different size are subject to availability at the time your return is received.
*Some exclusions apply.
Return and Exchange Policy
U.S Customers:
If you're not fully satisfied with the purchase, you can return your order to Forest Ink, at no cost to you, for a full refund (excluding shipping cost).
Policy Terms:
+ The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
+ The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
+ The item must be in the state you received it, including the opaque white apparel bag.
+ The following exclusions apply:
1.) Sale items include any items that are marked down and/or in the sale section. Those items will be considered final sale.
2.) Blind bags, sample sales, and gift cards are final sales and are not eligible for free returns and exchanges.
3.) We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, excessive pet hair, or odors.
If you received a damaged, defective, or missing item from your order, please email us at cs@forestinkclothing.com with photos and your order number within 5 days of receiving the item.
(US Customers) Returning from the US: We will provide a free return label in the returns portal.

If you have any issues getting your return label in the portal, please email us at cs@forestinkclothing.com, and our team can send you a return label.
(International Customers) Returning from outside the U.S: You are responsible for return shipping costs and for obtaining a return tracking number. Please send your returns to 1420 Valwood Parkway, Unit 212, Carrollton, Texas, 75006.
You will not be able to go through our return portal to complete your exchange. Please email us for help processing your return: cs@forestinkclothing.com.
Please note that we will refund the shipping costs for international orders. All policy terms stated above must be met in order to return.
