Estimated Ship Dates:
- Box 1 Feb 15-28th

This is not a monthly box, we will only have 4 boxes a year. Every 3 months you will receive a box. You will be charged when you subscribe and Every 90 days after that date. For example if you purchased on January 29th you will be charged again April 29th.
Cancel Anytime
If you want to cancel please do so before the next auto charge. No refunds are possible on the subscription boxes because of the heavily discounted price. If you would like to exchange you will be charged a $17.90 restocking fee to cover our cost. Because the box is so discounted we can not allow Free U.S returns and exchanges like we do on our website. To cancel please email us - cs@forestinkclothing.com

Items may or may not be sent in a box depending on the items. Some months we may send in our biodegradable mailers to reduce waste if a box is not needed. Please note we are not responsible for customs fees or duties fees if you are outside of the U.S

How to measure:
Bust: With your top and bra off, measure around the fullest part of the bust and under the arms. Make sure the tape is straight across your back.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape somewhat snug, but still comfortable loose.
Hips: Stand with your legs and feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

The size chart is a general body measurement guideline for you to follow. When reading the description of a style, look for words like 'fitted', 'relaxed' and 'oversized' to get an idea for how a style fits. Styles that use 4-way stretch fabric will have a wider size range than shown above.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping: All orders (excluding pre-orders) are shipped within 1-2 business days from our HQ in Frisco, Texas.
Please note the ship times listed on checkout do not reflect processing time and are not a guaranteed delivery date.
International Shipping: Duties and taxes are included at checkout on all international orders.
Pre-orders: If you order a pre-order item your order will be shipped when that pre-order is ready. The ship date will be noted on the product page.
Returns: We offer free returns and exchanges for U.S customers with in 30 days of delivery. We aim to process returns within 5-10 days of receiving them at our warehouse.
International customers outside of the U.S are NOT eligible for free returns or exchanges. If you are outside the U.S you will be responsible to ship the items back and shipping will not be refunded. You can receive a store credit or refund for the items purchased but the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
*Please note we do not allow returns, exchanges or money back on subscription boxes, blind bags, limited edition boxes, gift cards or clearance items. Those items will be considered final sale.
