Returns and Exchanges
- You have up to 30 days to send in your return. Unfortunately we can’t issue a store credit, exchange or refund if your return is sent to our address more than 30 days after you received your order.
- Items must be in original condition which means unworn, unwashed and un-chewed with original tags & packaging. Certain items are not eligible for Returns.
- We do NOT offer free returns on the following items:
- Items purchased with a discount of 25% or more
- Sale items
- Mystery products / Blind bags
- Subscription boxes
- We offer free returns. Forest Ink does provide free returns through our Returns and exchanges tab at the bottom of our website. Free returns are only available for u.s customers. If you are outside of the u.s you will not be able to get free returns due to the high shipping cost.
- Processing returns takes up to 7 days after we receive your return, so please be patient.
HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN?
Visit our website and scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see a tab labeled "returns and exchanges" Follow the prompts to print a free return label. Or send your package to 7677 Rawlins lane Frisco, Texas. Write us a note and let us know why you're returning your package. That's it, pretty easy right?
All qualifying items must be sent back to us in their original condition and within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on mystery / bling bags, Quarterly subscription boxes, sale items and items with a 25% discount or more.
HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN IF I’M OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?
Same as domestic returns! send it to our address listed on the top left of your package.
All qualifying items must be sent back to us in their original condition, and within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping cost if you are outside of the U.S and will only be refunded the cost of the item. We do not offer exchanges if you are outside the U.S.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE PROCESSED?
Processing returns takes up to 7 days after they are delivered to our address, so please be a little patient with us, we will get to your return to you ASAP because we wanna make you happy!
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
If you think you received defective, damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the defect so we can fix the situation for you quickly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
