Bust: With your top and bra off, measure around the fullest part of the bust and under the arms. Make sure the tape is straight across your back.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape somewhat snug, but still comfortable loose.
Hips: Stand with your legs and feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

International customers:
International customers outside of the U.S are NOT eligible for free returns or exchanges. If you are outside the U.S you will be responsible to ship the items back and shipping will not be refunded. "We received this with a very long part of the scene thread. Hanging out, it wasn't as simple as just cutting it off. Because it wasn't sonright. I think this would have been very easy to see on any kind of quality control before it was shipped out."
