Yes! If you’d like to return one item and get a partial store credit or refund you can. Each Items return value will be determined by calculating the % of that items retail value in relation to the boxes total retail value.

For Example: If a box has a total retail value of $294 and you return one of the items that is $98 retail. We would calculate what % the item your returning is of the total retail value of the box. In this case it would be 33.33%. Then we would multiply the price you paid for the box ($150) by 33.33% to determine the amount you should be refunded. In this case you would get a refund or store credit of $49.99.

Your 20% off code will be emailed to you when you subscribe. Please make sure you enter the email address you'd like it sent to at checkout and make sure you are opted in for marketing.

We will also send your code on an insert with your subscription package.

There are 4 boxes every year; the estimated ship dates are listed below. Good things take time. These items are made to order there may be delays in production, which is why there is a longer shipping window below. The dates listed are an estimate not a guarantee.

Please note that if you order other items with your subscription box order, they will ship together when your subscription box is ready to ship. To avoid this, please place separate orders.

• Box 1 March 15th - April 15th
• Box 2 June 15th - July 15th
• Box 3 September 15th - October 15th
• Box 4 December 15th - December 31st

• We bill recurring orders at the first of the billing month. Orders typically ship in 2-4 weeks of the billing date.

• Because this box is all new styles we do sometimes run into further delays in production that could extend the box ship dates. We will communicate any delays via email.
