Our newest bloomer shape has arrived with the Isabella Bloomers. These bloomers feature reinforced elastic leg holes, a shirred elastic waist, and three tiers of ruffles for a flattering fit. These bloomers are also crafted from our linen/rayon blend, a lower impact textile that will soften over time with each wash.

Bust: With your top and bra off, measure around the fullest part of the bust and under the arms. Make sure the tape is straight across your back.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape somewhat snug, but still comfortable loose.
Hips: Stand with your legs and feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Returns: We offer free returns and exchanges for U.S customers with in 30 days of delivery.* We aim to process returns within 5-10 days of receiving them at our warehouse.

"For reference I am 5’9 with a 42 inch waist, according to the size guide i should be in a 3xl, but I’m a bit tall with smaller hips (48-50) so I originally bought a 2x and was swimming in it. I got an exchange xl and it fits way better but I could honestly afford to go down another size for a more tight fit that I was going for. Still 4 stars because customer service is great and the fabric is fantastic material, but note to others they are a looser fit!"

"I have been buying from Forest Ink for a little while now but this is my first review When comparing these to their original Rosemary bloomers I do prefer the Isabelle ones quite a bit. I always felt a bit silly wearing the Rosemary bloomers as actual shorts because they didn't have enough frills to me. They are great, however, for coverage under short dresses. The Isabelle bloomers in my opinion are everything I always wanted the Rosemary ones to be. They have just the right amount of frills I could wear them as shorts with a T-shirt and fishnets. Or they add just a touch of volume with good coverage under a dress. It's great for someone who usually dresses in Jirai Kei which has a lot of short dresses in the fashion style. However, I must say the price is just a bit ridiculous honestly. I really fail to see why these cost nearly double the price of the Rosemary bloomers which even has hardware on it! The original bloomers have less frills, but they have D rings for accessories and a faux clasp. I could swallow maybe an 80 dollar price tag for these new Isabelle ones, but 125 is just insane. I will be keeping them as an investment piece just because I was really needing something like this in my closet. But I never would have without the discount code I had to use."
