Bust: With your top and bra off, measure around the fullest part of the bust and under the arms. Make sure the tape is straight across your back.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape somewhat snug, but still comfortable loose.
Hips: Stand with your legs and feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Returns: We offer free returns and exchanges for U.S customers with in 30 days of delivery.* We aim to process returns within 5-10 days of receiving them at our warehouse.

I might just hem it a little bit on the bottom but honestly pulling it up a little bit on the waist allow it to not drag. The chest area is a full tie that you can untie so beware of that but I I think it's adorable. That's something to be aware of. I love the the bottom Half of the dress is structured.
