Romance is in the air with our new bloomer pants inspired by the viral Rosemary Bloomers! The Bishop Bloomer Pants feature a faux garter detail, ultra wide legs, extra deep pockets, and tiered ruffles on the bottom. Made of our signature 4-way stretch fabric, nothing is stretchier or softer.
The Bishop Bloomer pants are slightly cropped and fit similarly to culottes. On our shorter customers, they will fit more like full length pants, and will be more ankle-length or slightly above on our taller customers.
Size and Fit :

How to measure:
Bust: With your top and bra off, measure around the fullest part of the bust and under the arms. Make sure the tape is straight across your back.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape somewhat snug, but still comfortable loose.
Hips: Stand with your legs and feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

International customers:
International customers outside of the U.S are NOT eligible for free returns or exchanges. If you are outside the U.S you will be responsible to ship the items back and shipping will not be refunded. "I wanted these SO BAD, so I was willing to size up to a large, I usually wear a medium but they are sold out. I would suggest to stick true to size, I’m hoping mine shrink a little when they get washed so they fit better. NOTE; if you are shorter, these will go to the ground. I am 5’2” and mine touch the ground."
