Subscription Boxes

Our quarterly subscripton box is shipped out 4 times a year. Shipping and charge dates may vary slightly but generally fall around these dates after your first order:

  • Box 1 Feb 1-7
  • Box 2 May 13-16th
  • Box 3 Aug 1-7
  • Box 4 Nov 20 - 22nd

Your first order will reserve your box for the upcoming subscription and will be charged when you subscribe. All subsequent orders will be charged with in the box dates listed above or a few days before.

Can I exchange sizes if it doesn't fit?

Yes if you need to exchange sizes you can start your retrun by clicking here. Please note because of the heavily discounted price you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a $17.90 restocking fee.

Can I return my sub box?

No, subscription boxes are not eligible for returns.

How can I make changes to my subscription?(pause, cancel, change address, billing or change sizing)?

You can request to make any changes to your subscription box by emailing our customer service team here: cs@forest-ink.com. Please do not attempt to make changes to your subscription yourself. An administrator must make those changes to insure they are saved properly.

My order was marked as delivered but I haven't recieved it. Where is it?

We know this is frusturating, If you don't have your order yet and the tracking number indicates the package has been delivered, here’s what we suggest:

  1. Double check the shipping address on your order—if it’s missing an apartment number or has a missing digit somewhere, your package was sent to the wrong address and you’ll need to check with the folks who live there or the carrier to get your order
  2. Check with your neighbor(s) to see if they may be holding it for you (it’s more common than you might expect!)
  3. Wait 2 days—it can take this long for a carrier to correct their mistake

Forest Ink is not responsible for lost damaged or stolen packages, but please reach out to us at cs@forestinkclothing.com and we will do our best to help.


My order is arriving later than expected can you refund the shipping cost?

No, we can not reimburse shipping cost. We can not guarentee delivery times.


I haven't recieved any tracking information and it's been 2-3 business days can you help?

Of course! Here's what we suggest.

1.) Please double check your spam folder to see if your email account may have filtered it.

2.) Double check that you do not have a pre-order item in your order. pre-order items will have a black circle in the top left labeled pre-order and will also have pre-order listed in the product description. These items have later shipping dates and if you ordered one, your order will be shipped together when it becomes available.

Pre Orders

Pre-orders are items that are not in stock at the time of purchase and will ship at a later date. The estimated ship date for the item will be displayed on the product page.

Your items are reserved for you at the time of purchase and all items on your order will ship at the same time. If you need another item in your cart to ship earlier than the pre-order please place seperate orders.

Pre-order products will be marked with a black dot labeled pre-order in the top left corner of the product image.

Order Status

We ship from Texas.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Our current processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days. Orders will ship after they have been processed.

You will recieve an email from us when your order has shipped with tracking information.
