When do the boxes ship?
There are 4 boxes every year; the estimated ship dates are listed below. Please note that if you order other items with your subscription box order, they will ship together when your subscription box is ready to ship. To avoid this, please place separate orders.
- Box 1 March 1st
- Box 2 June 1st
- Box 3 September 1st
- Box 4 December 1st - 12th
When will I be billed?
You will be billed when you subscribe. Your next billing date will be at the first of the month when the next box ships.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
If you want to pause or cancel that's no problem! You are able to manage your subscriptions in the customer portal. Sign in to your account on our website and you'll see your sub box information. This allows you to cancel and resubscribe, as well as update sizes, address, and billing information.

Can I exchange or Return Items?
We do not allow returns because the box is so heavily discounted. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size please reach out to us here: cs@forestinkclothing.com
Please note there is a $17.90 exchange fee for continental U.S. customers. For customers outside of the continental U.S, please note that you will be responsible for all shipping cost to process your return.
Because our subscription is so heavily discounted, we are not able to offer free returns and exchanges.
If I subscribed, will I get all the upcoming boxes?
Yes! Once you've subscribed, you will continue to get all of our new boxes until you pause or cancel.
What if I need to update my address or billing info?
That's no problem at all! You may update your address, billing information, sizes, etc. all from the customer portal. Just sign in to your account via the Forest Ink website, and you'll have access to your subscriptions.
